(2013-03-26) Winer New Product Outliner

Dave Winer announces his new Start Up. In December I started a new company, Small Picture, with Kyle Shank, a 28-year-old JavaScript developer. We've created a new product, Little Outliner (OutLining). It runs in-browser. It's a continuation of the thread started by my desktop outliner products. It currently uses HTML-5 Local Storage.

Update: he is not making WebLog tools, but hopes his outliner gets plugged into a variety of tools.

Apr10 update: he [will be adding](http://threads2.scripting.com/2013/april/theNextSmall PictureOutliner) Drop Box integration. This gives us the ubiquity we seek for our simple idea outliner, note-taker (NoteBook), To-Do List, project organizer.
