(2015-02-01) Wiki Wiki Web Goes Federated

The Wiki Wiki Web has shut [off](https://twitter.com/Ward Cunningham/status/563030344602238977) its editing function and moved that to Smallest Federated Wiki! We've recently endured abuse that has moved our conversion date forward before we were fully prepared.
