There was a gag pulled in the net.singles newsgroup where they took posts to the group and ran them through a Markov Chain generator to create semi-coherent posts that they posted

So I decided to pull Donald Trump quotes out of his wikiquotes page and run them through M-x dissociated-press with a -1 parameter (1-word overlap). The resulting text really isn’t that much less coherent than what the man actually says...
