(2019-04-15) Fixing RSS/Atom Feed

The RSS feed (actually Atom Standards) for this site has always been an issue:

• didn't have feed url in the header, so not auto-discoverable
• the links in the feed were at the wrong/absolute level.

Just fixed both things.
