(2021-02-23) Replacing LastPass

I'm replacing LastPass because the Free version is becoming useless, and $36/yr smells like overpricing.

Going with BitWarden as open-source-with-premium smells like good model. For now trying to stick with Free, though wouldn't resent the $10/yr premium.

• installed
• exported data from LastPass, imported into BitWarden
• installed Chrome extension (and removed LastPass) (re-discover how to pin extension to ribbon)
• uninstall Android LastPass, install BitWarden (turn on autofill, accessibility/draw-over, etc.)

Have to remember after few days of usage to Delete LastPass account.
