I will give a little more context into what we’re doing without giving it all away. We’re working within the Farcaster ecosystem. Farcaster you can think of as an X (twitter) alternative — a decentralized X. This is exciting because decentralized social media is a real use case for crypto. Underneath Farcaster, there lies a blockchain network (Snapchain), holding onto all the data that makes up who has an account, who follows who, who writes what. If Farcaster the company decides to start censoring people and became a “bad actor”, someone else could create a new company that uses all the same data existing on the blockchain and doesn’t censor people.

Farcaster currently has over a million users and now has its equivalent of an app store. This app store is where developers can create mini apps.

I had to remind Blaine this morning that it was Saturday. It actually felt great to work today though. I imagine that I will need some days here and there where I just stay away from the computer, but my recently established routine has been serving me well.
