(2025-12-30) Obsidian for paste-able scratchpad

I've been in the habit of using a "Drafts" chrome extension as a quick notepad. The problem is that it makes pretty HTML, but then that doesn't paste nicely into a wiki page.

So I'm using Obsidian as my scratch pad now. Since it's markdown, I can make nested bullet-points, etc. then paste it into a form textarea and it's automatically pasted as markdown.
