Marisa Murgatroyd: The moment my to-do list shrank to 3 things. A few years into my web design business, a coach sat me down and asked me to list everything I was working on.
I had 22 product and service ideas living rent-free in my head.

My coach helped me strip away everything I thought I should be doing and focus ONLY on what would actually move the needle.

Right there, my to-do list shrank to 3 things: my message, my offers and my marketing.

When I focused on those three elements -- in a specific sequence -- something clicked. I could see a golden thread running through my entire business. I knew what I did, why it mattered and how to get the right people to say yes.

I called it my Message to Money Pathway and it fit on just one sheet of paper... (one-pager)

the thing that surprised me most... the Pathway didn't just change my business. It changed how I felt about my business.

For the first time, my work felt like me. It felt like home.
