Dave Winer is experimenting with having many Discussion Forum threads per article, even 1 per node (Paragraph Addressable). He's using DisQus. His example is interesting because it's based on seeking feedback to a list of short statements/claims, which reminds me of the 2009-claims section of my Educating Kids page.
