Relativism is the idea that views are relative to differences in perception and consideration. There is no universal, objective truth according to relativism; rather each point of view has its own truth.[1] The major categories of relativism vary in their degree of scope and controversy.[2] Moral relativism encompasses the differences in moral judgments among people and cultures.[3] Truth relativism is the doctrine that there are no absolute truths, i.e., that truth is always relative to some particular frame of reference, such as a language or a culture (cultural relativism).[4] Descriptive relativism seeks to describe the differences among cultures and people without evaluation, while normative relativism evaluates the morality or truthfulness of views within a given framework. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relativism

A gyroscope (from Ancient Greek γῦρος gûros, "circle" and σκοπέω skopéō, "to look") is a device used for measuring or maintaining orientation and angular velocity.[1][2] It is a spinning wheel or disc in which the axis of rotation (spin axis) is free to assume any orientation by itself. When rotating, the orientation of this axis is unaffected by tilting or rotation of the mounting, according to the conservation of angular momentum. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyroscope (more)

Best sleep trackers: We compare Fitbit, wearable and bedside devices. Older fitness trackers used wrist movement to track sleep, but now it's all about heart rate monitoring – and companies like Fitbit and Withings are looking at your bpm during sleep to make assumptions not only about duration, but the sleep stage you're in. That means logging the amounts of light, deep, REM and awake time, which can help decipher how you can go about feeling more rested. (sleep tracking) (more)

Fitbit has completed its clinical trials for sleep apnea. Apnea is most often detected using polysomnography, but Fitbit believes it can do it using the SpO2 sensor found on the back of its more recent devices like the Versa and Charge 3.
