As international trade and money flows increase, what are the implications?

What limits should be placed on the actions abroad of firms? (And of nonUS firms within the ? See .)

How should the process of international aid work? Loans vs grants (and relief for past loans). What strings should be placed on the local government and its people? How make sure money gets to where it's supposed to? What other policies of the and the are at issue?
