Kritarchy is the political system based on equal justice for all, which is to say on respect for Natural Law.

In contrast with their counterparts in the statist political systems that prevail in today's world, in a kritarchy courts of law and police forces do not constitute and are not incorporated into a Coerc Ive Mono Poly. Every person is entitled to offer judicial or police-services to willing others; no person can be forced to become a client of any court of law or police force against his will.
The term "kritarchy".... appears to be coined in 1844 by the English author [Robert Southy]
