Wrote about Jury Nullification, the process whereby a trial jury can find someone innocent of a crime on the basis of the law being wrong (e.g. the behavior shouldn't be defined as a crime). His essay was called Trial by Jury
Also wrote The Constitution of No Authority , which claimed that nobody should feel required to accept the Us Constitution because it was a contract which they hadn't signed.
