I'm currently an independent consultant specializing in Web technologies, integration (enterprise and otherwise), and mobile/wireless. I would consider short-term or long-term, full-time or part-time positions, and possibly, for the right position, employment. Prior to the consulting gig, I founded a company, Idokorro Mobile (where I remain a Director). I also spent three years at at Sun Microsystems, which had acquired my previous company, Beduin Communications. I was Beduin's CTO.

My principle areas of interest and expertise is Internet scale distributed systems, and software architecture in general. I believe Web Services are very poorly designed for the task they've been given and will ultimately fail, and that the Web will prevail for machine-to-machine integration over the Internet via the use of Semantic Web technologies and innovative use of HTTP and other protocols which present a uniform interface.
