Olpc Update 1

OLPC upgrade to finish lots of things, like power management, that were supposed to be done before it was released

Oct notes: hmm, am I too late, and should jump to 8.2.0 (build 767)?

Will olpc-update really do what I need to update completely? (Not that I have anything important on the machine to lose....)
