Power Of Attorney

Looking for cheapest/easiest way to execute of Power Of Attorney so my wife doesn't have to attend the closing just for us to get a Home Equity Line Of Credit.

Here are really cheap ($6) forms, with no customization/review. Instantly downloadable.

• the Real Estate purchase power sounds closest/most-precise, but probably not close enough. Emailed them for confirmation.

  • Heh, they won't even offer any advice as to which forms to use for particular situations

  • they also have lots of pointless disclaimers ("make sure you know what you are doing", "this form should be reviewed by an attorney")

• there's a more general limited power, which requires some customization by the layman.

Here's a $20 package that sounds right, but isn't clear whether it includes any review, so probably not worth the extra money.
