Promise Tool Bargain

"rules" for success large-scale Collaboration. The promise is the basic "why" for anyone to join or contribute to a group. The tool helps with the "how" - how will the difficulties of Coordination be overcome, or at least held to manageable levels? And the bargain sets the rules of the road: if you are interested in the promise and adopt the tools, what can you expect, and what will be expected of you?

He says they should be Designed in that order.

Eugene Eric Kim tells the story of using this Framing for a group, but he didn't use the same order. He sees the process of picking the 2 ends of what you want, then picking the Tool to fit.
