Rahm Emanuel

an American politician and former White House Chief Of Staff to President Barack Obama. He served previously as senior advisor to President Bill Clinton at the White House from 1993 to 1998 and as a Democratic member of the United States House Of Representatives, representing Illinois's 5th congressional district, from 2003 until his resignation in 2009 to take up his position in the Obama Administration. Emanuel was chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) during the 2006 mid-term elections and remained a top strategist for House Democrats during the 2008 cycle.
