RemoteWikiURL

To support Remote Wiki Links, we need a local page which describes the remote server. At minimum it should contain the RemoteWiki[[URL]] keyword followed by the URL on the same line, like this:

RemoteWiki[[URL]]: http://www.zwiki.org/
