Paolo Valdemarin and Marc Canter are talking about Hydra, the RendezVous/ZeroConf-based Text Editor. I agree with Paolo that this would be cooler if it supported OutLining. Oddly, I think it might almost be best when used during a face2face meeting (bunch of people with WiFi Lap Top setups around a table), rather than remotely.
