(2003-04-27) Web Outliner

A beta site for Web Outliner, Marc Canter's (and others) pure-browser OutLining tool. Not working too well (dragging to reorganize nodes) for me on Mozilla, will have to try later with MsIE. Also wish it used some set of SmartAscii tags for inline styles rather than HTML tags, but that's a minor quibble. Very cool idea. Would love to tie this into Wiki pages for Wiki And Outlining.
