(2003-05-19) Iraqi Self Rule

After the War On Iraq, Iraqi Sovereignty (Self Rule) has been delayed indefinitely.

• is there a "road map" like for the Middle East plan?

• what did we learn in rebuilding Japan?

• could a Separation Of Powers model accelerate some real Iraqi governance? (e.g. let them run the legislature, but keep the executive and judicial branches for awhile)

• what else do students of Open Society/Liberal Democracy have to tell us about priorities?
