(2003-07-21) Joining Foaf

Hacked together a way to support FOAF:

• went to foaf-a-matic and generated the data

• created My Foaf Rdf wiki page and just pasted it in (nothing else)

• created foaf.rdf Dtml Method that just returns the contents of My Foaf Rdf (this is necessary to avoid all the standard_wiki_header stuff).
