(2003-09-26) Park Web App Performance

Don Park on Web Application Server (frameworks/API-s for Apache) performance figures. PHP did poorly. Some days I think performance isn't very important (for most operations intended to be profitable enough to cover a couple employees, the cost of a couple servers is nothing), other days I disagree (for a One Man Show wanting to run an ASP service).
