(2003-12-15) Dean Foreign Policy

Today Howard Dean announced his Foreign Policy advisory group, and made a very reasonable speech about War On Iraq policy.

Re War On Iraq he said The difficulties and tragedies we have faced in Iraq show that the administration launched the war in the wrong way, at the wrong time, with inadequate planning, insufficient help, and at unbelievable cost. which to me doesn't fully condemn the war.
