(2003-12-22) Rumsfeld Iraq Wmd
In 1984, Donald Rumsfeld told Iraq (War On Iraq) that their development ChemicalWeapons (Weapons Of Mass Destruction) did not change the US desire to "improve bilateral relations, at a pace of Iraq's choosing". Washington worried that the Iranian example threatened to destabilize friendly monarchies in Ku Wait, Saudi Arabia and Jor Dan.
