(2004-01-27) Multi Foafs

Playing with PLink, I feel like there's a need for some process of dealing with people having multiple FOAF files. The key, I think, is how you decide whether 2 entries really represent the same person: once you have that, you can merge their info. Which means that none of them need to be a "master" record, but you'd still like to maintain consistency across them (e.g. if 2 separate files have address info, those addresses should be the same).
