Bill De Hora prefers to use an RDF Triple Store over an RDBMS for an internal WebApp. I'd be concerned about query performance that cuts across the inherent hierarchy of an RDF model (unless I'm wrong about that). (Maybe, since it's internal, there's not enough data for performance to be a big issue.) He's also revisiting the Python Web Framework issues as in [z2005-03-31-Python Web FrameworksRants].
