(2005-07-20) Osaf Web App Java

It's interesting that the OSAF/Chandler team is looking for a WebApp developer with Java background instead of Python... Is that a no-confidence vote in the Python Web Framework market? Should they use Ruby On Rails instead? Or maybe it's intended to be installed/run by lots of different people, and Java is thought to have greater acceptance for that?
