(2005-07-30) Air America Nonprofit Debt Fraud

Before its ReOrg last year, Air America "borrowed" money from a NYC Non-Profit. Looks like some Conflict Of Interest going on.

The "new" owners are acting like it doesn't involve them.

Stephen Bainbridge examined the re-org last year.

Sept15 update: Vice President of Finance, Sinohe Terrero, worked at the inner-city charity as finance director from 2000-2002 under Cohen - he resigned just this month.
