(2005-08-22) Wiki Wyg

Ross Mayfield announces the WikiWyg JavaScript library to give you a GUI-enhanced Text Area where you can get help using SmartAscii or just use the visual mode to seem like you're working in HTML for Wiki Editing. Not quite sure how/whether it handles varying SmartAscii dialects - I suspect it only support the KWiki formatting right now...

Adina Levin points out it could be implemented as a GreaseMonkey script.
