(2005-11-13) Nyc Happenings

Sometimes I feel like there's not much point in living in NYC, since I don't actually do much "city stuff". But the other night, I run across this great horn band Hypnotic playing in the SubWay station, and I buy a couple of their CDs. Then I'm picking up some side-bits for the dinner we're hosting that night, and run across a guy projecting photos on a big windowless wall across the street, just from a little slide projector. Anything is possible in the city. (Urban)
