I wonder whether there's a conflict between positioning a product as EnCalming vs supporting ongoing Engagement/Learning Curve (a la this post by Kathy Sierra where I Commented)....

Hmm, I wonder whether that also means it's hard to do Viral Marketing for an EnCalming product?
