Right Now, which is known more for its call center solution than its Sales Force Automation offering, acquired Sales Net to better position itself against the market leader SalesforceCom and Net Suite. We tried out Sales Net at Living Independently before going with SalesforceCom - the product was narrower in scope but priced no cheaper, and I was annoyed by its Microsoft focus - you couldn't even log in with Mozilla, and the Off-Line version required a full DotNet install.
