(2006-07-06) Bicking Topp Job

Ian Bicking is starting to work for TOPP (The Open Planning Project). They have 3 current projects: an OpenPlans Wiki; an open GIS Geo Server; and the New York City Streets Renaissance Campaign which hopes to change the focus of Urban Design away from the AutoMobile. The group is headquartered in NYC, but Ian won't be moving here.
