(2006-07-22) Sviokla Ehealth Customer Needs
John Sviokla on the customer needs for EHealth systems. Everyone knows that the most basic communication about status on diagnoses, care, oversight, and companionship takes phone calls, emails, and a host of visits. What I wanted, and I think millions need, is an easy way to share situational awareness across everyone involved: the family, the doctors, the physical therapists, etc.
