(2006-08-06) Jacobson World Simulator

Bob Jacobson is starting work on a World Simulator (Simulation). In turn, that awareness we believe will enable real-world action with beneficial outcomes, public as well as private.

This reminds me of Jamais Cascio's idea for Open Source Scenario Planning. (And of Bucky Fuller's World Game.)

I'm a little dubious about both efforts, because I think in a Complex System you actually have to pick a Fo Cus/Context to get anything done. But I could be wrong.
