JP compares various Python Web Framework-s.

Rick Copeland explains why you shouldn't write your own (he singles out WebPy, but Robaccia would also qualify). I agree, to the extent you end up trying to build a generalized framework, and promote it. On the other hand, how much of that generalization was really necessary? If you're a consultant, tossing out sites for other people, I can see the need. But if your focus is building a particular product, and 3rd parties aren't going to be doing mods, then how far down that path do you go?
