(2007-07-17) Nyc Congestion Pricing Setback

The New York State Assembly, controlled by Sheldon Silver, blocked Mike Bloomberg's plan to bring Congestion Pricing to NYC. This makes it hard for the city to go after $500M in federal aid to implement the program.
