(2007-09-20) Taxi Flower Decals

Thousands of NYC Taxi-s will be covered with flower decals from now until the end of 2007. Did this really take a year of planning? Garden In Transit is a privately financed effort that has included about $1.5 million in cash donations so far. Either way, I like it a lot.
