ComCast (CableCo) is block BitTorrent use. (Net Neutrality)

This is also blocking uploading for Lotus Notes users and Gnutella. (File Sharing)

Comcast denies doing anything. Or maybe they're just trying to allocate Band-Width, and slow down big users. But doing a reset isn't a slow-down...
