(2007-11-17) Glam Nework Vs Ivillage

Jeff Jarvis and Mike Arrington on Glam's model of being "larger" than IVillage. It doesn't seem true in terms of narrow terms, but it does in terms of their "NetWork", which is really an Ad Network (Glam Network).

May'2008 update: weakness in the WebAd market. Some of the ad dollars that in the past had been spent at portals are being spread around instead. Ad networks, which fan out ads to thousands of sites, are adding targeting and are signing up reputable sites, making them more attractive for advertisers.
