Stowe Boyd thinks we need an Economic Stimulus to counter the Recession. He proposes a tax credit for winterizing homes and installing Solar Power. I Commented to say that increasing the Budget Deficit is not a great idea.

Then what would be a good idea?

Getting out of the War On Iraq would be good. Not sure how quickly that would make a difference.

Veto the Farm Bill and eliminate all the Tariff-s on food?

Actually, is anything like this a good idea? Or is it just giving uppers to a junkie?
