(2008-10-17) Blogspot Spam Blogs

Look at how much of the 1st page of results here are (a) Spam Blog-s (War On Spam) and (b) from BlogSpot.

When I exclude site:blogspot.com from the results it goes from 202 matches to 3.

Shouldn't Google be doing a better job of fixing this problem?
