We (Know Mad-s) are a Creative, entrepreneurial school, but Knowmads is also much more than a school. It is a platform for Entrepreneur-s who want to make a difference in this world... Our program is based on action learning in a team setting. Within this we connect social and sustainability issues with value driven entrepreneurship... With each theme, partners bring in an assignment and one employee. As a tribe, together with that employee, we are going to work with knowledge, feeling and ideas. We are then presenting a real working solution for the assignment/challenge the partner brought in. We present this in a pitch, together with a quote and working plan. When the partner accepts the plan the students will work it out, for real (ApprenticeShip). So by working on real life assignments four times a year we connect and implement the learning experiences into the assignment/challenge.
