Buster Benson's HealthMonth FaceBook page got blocked based on a complaint by Conrad Schulman, who seems to have a social-spam model of pimping his own Life Allowance service. Definitely a breakage in Intellectual Property process, but not surprising given the economics of handling such things. Another reason not to create/support concentrated gatekeepers like FaceBook (and Google, and Domain registrars...), and instead have a P2P model.

Update: the Social Media spread triggered Conrad to email FaceBook and withdraw his complaint. So the outcome was good. But actually FaceBook's process is still broken.
