The state of Mary Land may push a higher Population Density (Traditional City) model, in part to decrease the Infrastructure costs of supporting sprawl. In many respects the fear displayed by local authorities reflects the strength of the plan. While livability critics often cry about public expenditures, Plan Maryland demonstrates a significant public savings.
