(2012-09-17) New Multifunction Printer

After giving up on my PhotoSmart - 2012-03-29-HpPhotosmartWirelessNotWorking - I need a new Multi Function Printer.

Shortlist after reading reviews:

• Canon Pixma MG6120 (wait lacks document feeder!)
  • MX892 ($130) is alternative. Downside: no high-capacity-ink cartridges.
• Probable choice: Epson Workforce 845 ($140). Downsides: physically large : 17.6" x 22.3" x 12.3" (W x D x H) (but it will still work in our space); push-button-scanning can be messy (at least with Windows firewall - review not clear about Mac environment!)

Yep, bought the Epson.

• connected to WiFi very happily
• nice big paper-supply tray.
