(2013-03-04) Uverse Hinky

Our UVerse service seems hinky the last couple days

• Set Top Box-es seem slower to respond to remote control (true on multiple TV-s, so not likely a remote-battery issue)
• Broad Band very slow - was trying to turn on Crash Plan yesterday and it made things completely unusable, but even with that turned off things seems slow.
• Did http://www.speedtest.net/ Broadband Test, got 3Mbps down, 0.72 up

Mar04 update

• Did http://www.speedtest.net/ got ~6Mbps download, 0.95 up.
• I'm paying for Elite, so 6Mbps down is the target. And it looks like 1Mbps up is also the target.

Shall we calculate how long an online backup of 100GB will take? Answer: 10 days.
