Tiago Forte video on using NotebookLM as a life/biz coach.

He shares ~30 questions he gave it.

I'm not convinced he got anything he wouldn't have if he answered those 30 questions himself after his annual review.

As he notes, a lot of it is "reminders", but that still has value.

The future-recommendations are pretty generic/midwit/cold-read.

I doubt many people have enough deep and structured yet repetitive notes to build on.

But I'll probably give it a try. Though the fact that I Write Only The Highlights may not be great. Then again, maybe AI is fine with that....

In his March video he demo'd loading his notes, leveraging ReadWise's partnership with them. (Really it's based on squirting highlights into GoogleDocs.)

• hmm if I exported the body field of my whole dbs, that would be piles of markdown....
